Requirements: 

(1) Experience in marketing: Particularly experience in promoting products through design institutes is preferred. 

(2) Understanding of the working principles and performance parameters of equipment such as high- and low-voltage electrical switches,circuit breakers, and electrical fire alarm systems. 

(3) College degree or above in sales, business management, or a related field, with a grasp of sales management theory. 

(4) Keen market insight, adaptability, creative thinking skills, and sound management abilities. 

(5) Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, perseverance, patience, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 

(6) Decisive decision-making style, excellent communication, coordination, and motivation skills, and a willingness to take risks.
